A paper-based signature process across a large enterprise estate, replaced with automated e-signature while support continued at volume.
The challenge
Signature workflows at Uniper still ran on paper across a 12,000+ user Adobe Acrobat Sign estate. Every signature was a manual step that support had to absorb when it went wrong.
My role
Acting Technical Lead and solution consultant on the account, inside a contract engagement delivered through Maharshi Tech Solutions.
The approach
Discovery workshops with enterprise stakeholders to map how signatures actually moved through the business. From that, a phased rollout of automated e-signature rather than a single cutover, with adoption support alongside the technical work.
