What this work looks like
- Facilitating discovery workshops and writing down what the business actually does, not only what the tool allows.
- Designing the solution against the constraints that exist: identity providers, licensing, existing workflows, support capacity.
- Planning a phased rollout and the adoption work that goes with it.
- Handing over to support with the documentation and knowledge articles that make it supportable.

- Configuration and maintenance of 200+ SSO/SAML 2.0 integrations across Azure AD, Okta and ADFS.
